CUSTOMER POLICY
Due to unforeseen circumstances, we understand if you need to cancel or change your scheduled appointment. Please notify us 24 hours (1 day) before your scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation fee.
However, clients will be charged 50% of the service price at their next visit if the following condition applies: (1) cancellation is made less than 24 hours (2) no show.
We value your time including our nail artists, so we would appreciate the same in the return.
